With the delightful taste of spring we
had a few days back, these cold, rainy days gave us children a severe case of
cabin fever. Driven inside by the chilly dampness we tried to amuse ourselves
as best we could. Card games frequently ended in friendly wrestling matches and
the house seemed to ring with boisterous voices and the sounds of running feet,
despite the "no-running-in-the-house" rule. Ah well. Spring really is
on its way. You can feel it in the air. We can't wait!
